Zio Gelato started with a simple conviction: gelato should taste like it was made by someone who actually cares. Not a factory. Not a machine on fast-forward. A person — with real ingredients, real patience, and real pride.

Every batch is churned in small quantities throughout the day. We source locally where we can and import the rest — Sicilian pistachios, Belgian chocolate, Tahitian vanilla. The result is gelato that's denser, creamier, and more flavorful than anything you'll find at a typical ice cream shop.
